The school emphasizes a strong understanding of international law, but the university only ranks on the 4th tier of law schools in the United States.

3) University of Tulsa College of Law- the law school ranks as one of the state’s better law schools. The college of law is well known throughout the country for its strong emphasis on Native American law and International law. The school is also well known for Entrepreneurial law, Health law, and Environmental law.

An education from a prestigious law school doesn’t always reflect the true potential of a lawyer. It’s also a good idea to look into how many CLE (Continuing Legal Education) hours your lawyer has completed within a given year. The state of Oklahoma requires a lawyer to complete at least 12 hours of CLE, and the state bar encourages Oklahoma City lawyer to attend many more hours.
